Here at Signlab the process of getting your sign from concept to completion is made very easy thanks to our helpfull signwriting team, who have a 'no fuss' attitude.

Following is how we do it......

1. Once contact is made with Signlab, we will schedule an appointment to come and see you on site or you can visit us to discuss your requirments.

2. We will provide a fixed quote based on our signage discussions.

3. Full colour scaled artwork is then generated and provided for you by email for you to proof and approve or request changes.

4. Artwork is approved and your sign/ signwriting job goes to production.

5. Installation/ completion dates and times are scheduled to suit you. "After hours work is not a problem as the boys love the overtime".

6. Your sign is completed and ready for installation or pick up.

7. You are contacted to confirm installation date and time/ or to inform you that your sign is ready for collection.

Our Mimaki UV Flatbed Digital Printer is capable of printing full colour images to rigid sustrates up to 50mm. thick ie: Corflute, Sheetmetal, Acrylic, Di-Bond, Foam PVC, Glass, MDF, Melamine, Mini-Orb etc. etc...."pretty much anything flat..."

Both our Mimaki JV-33 Digital Printers are used to print banners, pull up displays, one way vision window prints, full colour body wraps, and vinyl stickers.

Our CNC Router is used for producing 3Dimensional lettering/signs or for contour cuting sign blanks.

Our Mimaki CGFX series cutter is used for contour cutting full colour prints as well as cutting vinyl lettering and spray masks. It also die cuts as well, no more need for costly machinery set up!
