Illuminated signs commonly consist of an aluminium box frame with a light inside to illuminate the acrylic face of the box. The depth of the frame can be 120mm, 150mm or 200mm depending upon whether the light box is single or double sided. The aluminium frame is available in a powder coated finish – the powder coating comes in most colours. Larger light boxes can be constructed using a cladded aluminium frame to deliver extra strength and durability and our light box faces are long lasting and designed for high impact. Signlab lightboxes are internally illuminated using energy efficient and very cost effective daylight fluorescent tubes.

Neon is blown glass packed with gas which illuminates/glows when connected to a high voltage power source for maximum impact.
